Custom Masters & Gages

 

Our climate-controlled laboratory and lap room allows us to build and/or certify custom masters, gages, ring masters or any other detail you may want to have checked or certified in a climate-controlled environment. Our highly trained and experienced staff allows us to produce different types of custom gages & masters. We specialize in custom masters and gages. If the design allows for it, we are able to hold XX and even XXX tolerances.

 

Our laboratory equipment allows us to check ID’s, OD’s and heights extremely accurately. We produce masters and gages out of a variety of different materials; from 8620, to steels like Tool Steel (0-1, 0-6, D-2, etc), 440-C Stainless Steel and even Tungsten Carbide. All materials are hardened to maximum Rockwell for wear resistance and put through a deep freeze process for stability.
